Sexual Assault Awareness Week is this week. We use this week to educate and raise awareness to sexual violence, and to show our support for survivors. Please join us in our events throughout the week to grow a greater understanding of sexual violence and to support survivors here at Truman and throughout the globe.
-The Clothesline Project: We will be tabling in the quad from 10am-4pm Monday Sep. 23-Friday Sep.27th. Stop by the table to decorate or read t-shirts including messages about sexual assault, personal stories, and supportive thoughts.
-Self Defense Training: Sep. 23rd from 7pm-9pm in the SUB Down Under. Come to learn basic self defense skills! No prior experience is needed.
-The Bandana Project: September 24th at 6pm in the Ryle Hall Conference Room. Decorate a bandana and learn more about sexual harassment in the workplace.
-Take Back the Night: Sep. 27th at 7pm on the Kirk Memorial Steps. This vigil is for, and in support of, those who have experienced sexual violence. Minor detail will be performing!

We hope to see you there!
