Does the WRC really put on events?
Yes, we do! One of the primary functions of Truman State University’s Women’s Resource Center is putting on events for all people on and off campus to attend, enjoy, and learn a little something. To stay up-to-date with the latest information, be sure to follow us on Instagram @wrctruman!
Upcoming events

The Gender Affirming Care Event will be on October 23rd from 1-4pm out on the quad. It is a collaborative event with the OCE LGBTQ+ History Month Craft Fair. We will provide free, gender-affirming clothing to students and offer information on gender-affirming care in the Northeast Missouri area. See you there!

Breast Health Information
Menstruation! Consent! BODY HAIR! Are you scared? There are many stigmas surrounding feminism and a women's everyday life. Annually, around Halloween, the WRC loves to table and handout information and fun (free) stickers about some of these stigmas. At the WRC, we strive to create a safe and accepting community on Truman's campus where people feel they can truly be their normal selves. Stop by our table on Friday, October 31st in the SUB from 10-2!
